Thanksgiving and Victory Concert!

We would like to share with you the heartfelt joy of The Las Piñas Boys Choir (LPBC) for bringing honor to our nation after having achieved international acclaim when they were declared World Champion in Children’s Choir category at the recently concluded 5^th WORLD CHOIR GAMES 2008 in Graz, Austria!

The LPBC received two Gold Diplomas in the qualifying rounds of Children’s Choir and Musica Sacra category, Silver Medal in the Musica Sacra competition and the Gold and World Champion title in the Children’s Choir category, having bested more than 70 choirs from all over the world in 5^th World Choir Games, so far the largest competition in the history of choir music, with a total of 450 choirs and 20,000 singers from 93 countries attending (www.worldchoirgames.com).

We would like to, once again, express our heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming support you have given to the LPBC. It is an honor to invite you to the LPBC homecoming concert entitled “Las Piñas Boys Choir: Thanksgiving and Victory Concert!” at the Phil-am Life Theater, U.N. Avenue on September 19, 2008, Friday, 8:00 p.m.
