so the world choir games theme goes.
music brings people together.
nothing tugs at the heartstrings than seeing young people joining hands, hearts and voices. peacefully, joyfully.
nothing is more touching than witnessing people of all races, age and ideologies standing together singing their hearts out with music from the soul.
if we fight, if we exchange harsh words,
there will be no winner.
except ourselves and our petty, little, selfish agenda.
and what if we win with useless arguments and left all alone.
there are no winners in meaningless wars,
only wounds that would take a long time to heal.
let us not burn bridges.
let us build them and through joined hands experience new worlds...
that is what music should be about...
not wars, not fights.
but peace. love.
